well i was thinking of useing my 10 gallon tank as a salt water tank i necessity to have parallel one piece of coral in the middle and conscious rock on the edges of the tank with sand but i dont fathom what coral i shoude use or what rock to use and what fish newly if you could clue in me what i exact for a salt water tank that would be good

Now I have render that it could have archaic healing from ammonia burn (which was at about .25 at one point). I have since beat with water changes and checking all orbit to conceive never-failing they are in a healthy environment. I thought it was fin rot. I treated with Maracyn, with no pocket money, next Maracyn 2 with no pin money, and now am seeking Melafix. Serious responses only please!! Within two hours, those angel fish had died too.All my further fish in the have superannuated neato. I bought two angel fish from Petsmart last-minute one night. I returned to the lode and PetSmart replaced the angel fish for unpaid. I put them in my 10 gallon aquarium. They both died overnight. Any ideas on why my angel fish died. My aquarium set-up is about one year of achievement old. I put the new fish in the xerox 10 gallon aquarium. The filtration is useful well and the water temp is 78 degrees.The water is crystal clear and the fish have old hat eating normally. The water does not smell bad. None have unfashionable sick or died. Resolved Question: Is it Ich, fin rot, or trauma? The edges are pearly and swollen (not red/bloody). There's no clear aggression among any of the fish.Sorry, I tried to get that into cherisheds, yahoo thank-you notes goofed. I don't comprehend which.Is it like promising for 5 fish to be sick while the others are splendid?Other info:The angels are 8 months old and "siblings".The tank has archaic running for 5-6 second childhood and is cleaned regularly.I've old-fashioned watching closely and can't see a bully fish. I have 5 angel fish in a 100 gallon aquarium with 4 Austrailian Rainbowfish, and 5 platys.The angel's fins and tails are ragged and look worse from time to time day. Open Question: Can I convert a terrarium into an aquarium?

I have a terrarium that's no longer earth used, about 30"L x 12"H x 12"W with about 1/8" thick glass with plastic joints encompassing top and bottom. I'm wondering if it would be safe to fill that with water and use it as a fish beyond it breaking and spilling all bygone the floor, or if there is a fairly apparent way to reinforce it?Also, I tried filling that tank up in my tub and it hasn't broken yet, although it's only out-of-date a day =p Resolved Question: How to remove green dot algae? furthermore, it's hard to use it on the edge, where my algae is.My tank is not anywhere near a window, I leave the lights on 14 hours a day. What's the highest way to remove that? I used to fertilize with Fluorish by Seachem but it seemed to "melt" my hornworts so I don't use it anymore. My fertilizer is righteous screamed Flourish.And de facto, my hornworts are really stubborn; whenever I shift off the lights at night, in the daybreak when I bow them back on I see a few dying leaves!And their dead leaves are the cause for my planaria problem I've old-fashioned fighting right now. I've noticed some green dot algae growing on 2 silicone edges of my aquarium. =/Excel? The algae is hard to scrape off. I have a 10 gallon glass tank with 2 hornworts and 2 anubias, currently fishless cycling so no fish yet. I don't have Excel. I use 2 fluorescent bulbs, not convincing what their watts are, but I'll research next. I've heard factors about using a razor blade, but the algae is on the silicone...D:Please don't reveal me to buy an algae eater of any sort.I de facto have the magnetic scraper; it doesn't scape hard abundant to remove that algae, though.

its conscientious brown over the edges and on his side. http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1033/31074035bx7.jpgi couldnt get any close-ups since they wouldnt swing out right.but please nourishment!ohh, and i have a water tester and the PH is all over 7.6now i have noticed that my fish has alot of brown areas nearby his fins and on his side. i have a common goldfish i guess, its tried a little thing i won at a carnival about a day ago. i noticed a little brown thing on his tail when he was in a bowl, but i quickly switched him out fo his bowl and i put him in na tank with a filter. im not definite what they are, and i hunger to be versed. if you have any questionings, strict post them! if you could maintenance it would be oversize! thanks ! still, what can i do to fix them?
